We never thought that there would come a day where our very own technology and what we’ve created for our convenience would be detrimental to our own health. People rarely walk nowadays because we have cars.
Even if you don’t have a car, there’s public transportation and the likes of Uber to save the day. We don’t have to leave the home to get food anymore; we simply need to push some buttons on an app and it gets delivered to us. Convenience is something that really has bred a lack of concern with our personal health.
